Please read these terms and conditions carefully before confirming your purchase on the Love Tili Online Store as we do not accept change of mind, however we are happy to provide exchange for same price or greater within 21 days of purchase. Refund or exchange will be provided if the item is faulty or incorrect. There is no refund or exchange on sale items, unless the item is faulty
Returning your product:
You can return items purchased within Australia if they are damaged or significantly different than specified. All returns must also be received within 21 days of the original purchase date. We will issue a refund once we have received the items. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as your original payment and include the cost of delivery for damaged or incorrect items. We take no responsibility for returns lost in the delivery process. You will need to contact your delivery provider to locate your parcel. We will notify you by email once we have processed your refund. It will then take an additional 4–5 business days for the refund to show in your account.
For all exchange that relate to a change of mind, postage must be paid for by the returnee and will not be refunded. We also recommend you obtain proof of postage to track your return. We will notify you by email when we have exchanged your returned items or processed your refund.
Proof of Purchase:
In order to apply for a refund or exchange please retain your receipt or tax invoice.
Domestic Shipping/ Deliveries on clothing and accessories
We offer Australia post standard shipping for a flat rate of $10.
Shipping charges for beauty products or heavy orders are dependent on the weight and size of the package, along with the delivery postcode. We will advise you about the same before confirming your purchase.
We offer International Shipping for flat $20.
Despatch and delivery times
All orders are sourced and dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days after purchase.

Product care: We stock only the highest quality fabrics. However, due to their delicate nature, garments particularly intricate or delicate, may have special dry-cleaning requirements. We recommend you use only a trusted and reputable dry-cleaner.
